At the transformation collective space, we offer sessions to support your development of an art journal practice, a singing practice, a movement practice, or an art practice of ANY kind that will facilitate your overall happiness and LONG-TERM GROWTH! We conduct sessions in person and via Zoom that allow your creativity to emerge and heal.
I am Bridget Bertrand (she/her), a lesbian/queer mom with therapy training, expressive arts practice, mindfulness, and embodied social justice. I am thrilled to offer expressive arts and mindfulness sessions WORLDWIDE. Walking along with my clients is an honor, and I hope to inspire folks to find their own unique path toward healing.
Expressive arts work is rooted in somatic healing. I implore you to take the necessary actions to prioritize community care. I have shifted to using the idea of community care over self-care for reasons I would love to discuss with you on a free exploratory phone call: 650-539-4325 (HEAL).
