Take a breath and stay a while.
This is my one-on-one coaching offering called:
Are you looking to build positive daily habits that support your well-being?
You may already know that practicing self-compassion can help, but perhaps you’re struggling to take action. It’s hard to find that compassion when you feel like you’ve "failed" at your goals, especially during big transitions and overwhelm.
For 2SLGBTQIA+ people, life can feel like an uphill battle. Daily grief over societal issues, the U.S. election, and systemic violence—can tip the scales of your mental health. You may have had self-care practices that helped before, but they've fallen to the wayside.
Studies show that even 12 minutes a day of self-care (community care) can improve well-being.
Science aside, it’s simply true. To start, we need ways to reconnect and be compassionate with ourselves.

Let’s make a playlist to help you find joy in movement, start a mindfulness practice, and get you to start journaling every other day.
Coaching can help you feel more motivated and less ashamed. You can increase your inner peace knowing these practices are for life. You’ll feel an authentic sense of self and find a more profound understanding of peace.

What Others Say About Working With Me
“I love the work you’re doing; it’s so important. I see many people with the issues you address, and your work is a true resource.”
“I highly recommend Bridget Bertrand, an exceptionally engaging coach and expressive arts coach. Her personalized approach guided me through meaningful self-discovery during a time of significant change.”
Yes, healing is challenging. In our society, we’re often taught a white supremacist, capitalistic approach to healing. It’s in the air we breathe, so seeking a different path isn’t easy. But in the Transformation Collective, we’re choosing a new way forward. You will see when you sign up, I have many connections and opportunities for you to connect with other healers as you need. I don’t believe this work all happened to me. You are on your own unique journey.
Imagine celebrating 12 minutes a day spent daydreaming or moving to a playlist. Then, when you’re ready, you return to your practice with more focus.
Let’s celebrate the small wins and build on them.
By the end of eight weeks, I trust you will be able to make this shift and celebrate the small successes.
